So, I was cruising around the Starplaza earlier and I found this little fashion faux pas on Stardoll's behalf...

Two very, very similar coats. One is Hotbuys and from Rio and will set you back 25sd and the other is from Pretty in Love and will set you back just 13sd, nearly half of the price of the Hotbuys coat. Naturally, the Hotbuys coat is a lot better quality compared to the Pretty in Love 'sweater' but its just how similar they are that surprises me a little. I guess the Pretty in Love one is meant to be for the girl who wants the hotbuys coat but just can't afford it. Yet why Stardoll created 2 I just don't know, I mean the 2nd one is such awful quality I don't see why, if you really wanted it, you wouldn't just save up for the Hotbuys coat? What do you think? Buy or Leave?

Real Life to Pixelated

Stardoll recently released the Hotbuys 'Glitter Fur Dress'.  It costs 25 stardollars and is from the shop, Voile. After endless searching I finally managed to find the real version:

The real version is by Moschino Cheap&Chic. I think they look pretty alike but, in my personal opinion, the dress on Stardoll is so hard to style. You can barely get any coat, etc that works with it, its just such a stiff design. I really don't think its worth 25sd. Hotbuys, you really have gone downhill.

Who Wore It Best?

Who wore it best is back and better than ever! Dollies, we all know how much we love to compare the oh so famous', oh so sameness. So, this week its Natalie Portman vs Kim Kardashian. Two mega hollywood stars both rocking the same Lanvin for H&M dress at the Gotham Independent Film Awards. So, who wins?

It's A Tie!

To be honest, I think they both rocked the dress. So much so that I'm tempted to pop out to H&M to buy it! I love the way Natalie teamed it with bright red lipstick, giving the whole look a pop and her hair is gorgeous! The dress also accentuates Natalie's small frame. Kim looks gorgeous in the dress, it matches her tanned skin so well and hugs her curvaceous frame and the make-up? Love, love, love!

My own grahpics

So i was bored last night so i just had a go on paint to make a random graphic! I used Georgie's doll for the graphic. Here it is:

i wasnt sure about the eyes but i was happy with it seeing as its my own graphic. 

The things i edited are:

the hair

the shape of the face

the eyes

and a bit of the nose.

I also made a Demi Lovato graphic. here it is:

 the hair was realllyy hard to do but i like the face :) what do you guys think of my graphics?

Look Like A Celebrity!

This is my brand new post Look Like A Celebrity. Each week, or so, I will create a post on how to get your doll to look like a celebrity. I'll show you the closest make-up and hair to make you doll a Stardoll celebrity. This week's celebrity is Nicki Minaj. Here's how to do it:


Make sure you have a clean face with your hair pulled off your face:

Apply one layer of green eyeshadow to your upper eyelid:

Apply another layer of green eyeshadow to you upper lid and one layer underneath your eye:

Apply some mascara and some eyeliner where the mascara stops and under your eye:

Apply the pink lipstick and a clear coat of lip gloss:

New Young Hollywood Inspired by Celebs!

Hey :) It's May! so i was looking at the new season to YH and noticed that they had a dress that must of been inspired by Demi Lovato. They dress looked quite like demis. They same with what Miley Cyrus wore to the VMA'S! Heres the picture:

Stardoll Staff Can Be Voted Miss Stardoll World!

Clues in the title really, I was looking through people on Stardoll and came across the Stardoll Staff and I realised that they can be voted for Miss Stardoll World! I think this is unfair considering they work for Stardoll any way and already have all the clothes, money and suite items. One of them was even asking for votes.

Do you think its unfair?

However, I also found that now all the Stardoll Staff have badges on their presentation to prove they are Stardoll Staff. Making it a lot harder for all those hackers asking for you 'password to give you a makeover'.
